Chapter 1 Wolf Island
The boy with long black hair stood up. He looked around and saw nothing in sight, just trees, sand, and the sea. He knew there were others on the island, so he started to wander. Soon he came across a girl with pink hair who was staring at the sky. He had seen her before but did not know her name. She looked down and caught his glare.
“What’s your name?” the girl said
“Lukan,” the boy said. “and yours?”
“Star.” The girl smiled
“So do you think were the only one that survived?”
Star paused. She heard a noise in the distance. It was a cry. Not sure what or who it was, both of them ran into the trees deeper and deeper into the island. Soon they saw a girl with long blonde hair, and brown eyes. She was in pain from the crash and was bleeding from the arm.
“Help me! I’m terrified of blood!” she cried.
Star leaned down to put pressure on the wound. The girl seemed really frightened and out of it. Soon the bleeding slowed down and star took her jacket sleeve and wrapped it around her arm.
“It will be ok, the bleeding slowed. You’ll be fine. My name is star what is yours?”
“My name is Shawntel and thank you so much for helping me I could have died!”
She stopped her tears from falling and stood up. She looked around and saw where she was thrown from the plane. The plane was in two main pieces from were it crashed. There were still people inside but most were already dead. The pilot was the first to die but no one seemed to know how. All they remember was sitting in the plane and looking outside onto an island that looked like a wolf print. Then they were falling. ‘could this be the island we saw?’ Lukan thought. They then went over to the plane to search for survivors and supplies.
Out of the sixty some people in the plane, the three only found thirteen others that survived. Star cried out with joy once she found out that her brothers and sister were alive. At eighteen the oldest of the family was cloud. Then star was born. She is 16. and finally Luna and Helio at the age of 15 and the youngest on the island.
“How many people are there?” said star
Lukan finished counting and spoke
“There are 16 of us all together”
“So what do we do now?” asked a kid in the back. He had black hair, a jacket, a white t-shirt, and camouflage pants on
“What’s your name?” asked star
“Hunter”
“Well Hunter, we need to treat to the wounded while some of us find shelter, food, and water” star stated.
Most of the kids were ok besides for two Shawntel and a boy with medium length brown hair. Shawntel’s arm was still bleeding and the boy’s leg was broken.
“Well I can heal them while the others do the rest of the work.” Said Hunter
“What do you mean by heal? No one can heal a person it takes time!” said another. She came forward to reveal herself “my name is Skie and I don’t believe you! Why should we do all the work while you do nothing? You’ll just sit back and say you did something!”
“so you don’t believe me huh? Well watch this!!” hunter went over to Shawntel and asked to see her wound. She gave her arm to him and he unraveled Star’s sleeve from it. It was still bleeding a little and there was a lot of blood around the wound. Then hunter but his hand on the wound and she shrieked in pain. She removed her arm from his hand and the cut and all the blood was gone.
Everyone was amazed and was staring at him. Then he went over to the boy with the broken leg and heal him too
“Wow it feels good as new” said the boy “My name is Alex and thank you so much for healing my leg”
“no problem.”
“It’s a good thing that Hunter can heal, Not a bad thing. Now we have more people to help, so stop staring at him like he’s an alien” said Lukan “now we need to find water, food and build shelter before the sun sets which will be in about an hour so everyone lets go”
Everyone followed Lukan to the beach to build shelter or to find food near by except for one. It was Luna. She went deeper and deeper into the forest and before she knew it she was lost and it was dark.
“HELP! Can anyone hear me?” she screamed but she heard nothing in return. Soon she heard a howl behind her and turned around to see a white wolf staring at her dead in the eyes
“Get back I’ll scream!”
“No you won’t and I know you can understand me you can talk to animals right?”
“Yeah but how do you know that?”
“Well I don’t know I can just sense things it’s like a power but no other animal on this island has it I’m the only one. My name is Siro by the way”
“Oh ok my name is Luna nice to meet you” she said with a smile
Siro heard a noise in the distance
“Quickly hide!”
“But wh---whoa”
Siro dragged Luna into a near by bush
A few seconds later another wolf appeared this one was black with blue streaks in it ‘this one looks ferocious’ Luna thought
“What are you doing Siro?!”
“Just looking for food, blade”
“Well it’s your turn to watch the…wait I smell something”
He walked closer to the bush Luna was hiding in. Siro thought quickly on his feet and said “look a bore lets go hunt” lucky for Luna there was a boar there so blade chased after the boar deeper into the forest until he disappeared
“Its ok you can come out now” said Siro
“Who was that? And why did he look so mean?”
“His name is Blade and he is our pack leader he looks mean and he is mean don’t get near him he is obsessed with the hunt the rush and the kill so if he finds out you and your friends are on the island he will try to hunt you down”
“How do you know about my friends?”
“Like I said I know things now let’s get you back to the beach to your friends”
They walked a long distance until they got to the beach. She must have been gone for about two hours by now. When they got here some of the kids found some fruit and they were eating. They also build a canopy between two trees so they would be protected from the weather over night. But they didn’t know where fresh water was.
“It looks like they did alright without me they’ve got food and shelter now all were missing is water” Luna said
“Well this is where I depart” Siro said “just scream if you need me”
“Ok thanks I will”
“Oh and by the way the only fresh water I know of is in the middle of the main mountain on the center of the island”
“I haven’t seen or been on the island long but isn’t there just one mountain?”
“No there’s five mountains together it’s in the shape of a wolfs print that why the animals call it wolf’s island plus there are wolves on the island as you well know… just be careful,”
And with that said he ran off into the forest. Luna went back to the rest of the kids and was stopped by Helio
“Sister where were you I was worried I felt your fear and then relief what was wrong?”
Nothing much. I got lost, met a kind wolf, saw another one whom was evil, then almost died you know the usual.”
“Luna! you can’t wander off like that your so lucky you can talk to animals or you could have and probably would have died!”
“I know that…but at least I found water…well the wolf told me where it is the kind one that is and we shall get some tomorrow but for now let’s just go to bed ok?
Helio hesitated but said “ok we’ll tell the others tomorrow” then they went under the canopy and slept for the night.
