Monday on Tuesday - Jayne's Poetry Corner

I took the day off yesterday so, here I am, on Tuesday facing my Monday at the office. The sky is cloudy and my belly is growling. Rain is in the forecast and so is something to eat.

There's this lady I work with who surprises me sometimes. She and I had a shaky beginning. In fact, we both figured we be enemies until death or retirement, at least. Things change.

Oh, we're not 'buddies' but she's nice and I think I fit that description too. (Except when I'm at work on a Tuesday that's actually my Monday.)

Writing wise, I've done some revising of my poems, sent my ebook to a trade publisher and sent Glenda Bixler of Reader's Heaven narratives of myself and my books.

I'm feeling pretty positive about my writing, getting through my Monday on Tuesday, and having lunch. Keep it real! O.k?
