Rest in Peace Percy - Nifty Cat Tales

Percy the Cat died February 3rd, 2008

Percy passed away peacefully in his sleep at 4:30am this morning. I heard a little gasp, we turned on the lights, and Percy was gone. It was very quick.

We will miss him.

When we adopted him in 1999 the shelter though he was about 5. I always thought he seemed older than that would have made him.

In his last years Percy was taking three medicines, one for his heart, one for blood pressure, and one for thyroid - as well as special potassium to mix into his food. He had to have special cream made by a pharmacy to put the medicines in his ear, as he was quite a brat about taking pills.
